Blueprint Home Plans provides a mail order service for house plans. The service
provides a low cost option for provision of detailed house plans and
specifications. The book of mail order house plans Blueprint Home Plans
was first published in 1981 and has now reached it's ninth edition published
in 2003.
The current edition contains Architect's designs for 250 houses with design drawings and specifications available by mail order.
House Designs feature two, three, and four bedroom bungalows, dormer homes, two storey homes and domestic garages ranging in floor area. Alterations can be incorporated to any design and the Architect will also prepare personalized design drawings if required.
In addition to the house plans, the Blueprint Home Plans publication provides valuable information and guidelines on how to select your design, choosing the site, how to apply for planning permission in Ireland and a construction cost guideline for each design featured in the book.

How can I order my house plans and specifications?
The book contains an order form with easy to read instructions on how to order your plans. Fees are quoted and we supply seven sets of documents. Fees range from 305.00 euro for a two bedroom design to 375.00 euro for a two storey or dormer design. Payment can be by cheque, postal order or money order. In the near future, we hope to introduce a secure order facility online.
